Enterprise Omnichannel Media & Social Analytics Platform
A high-throughput omnichannel analytics engine and bilingual executive dashboard that unifies eight major social and digital media channels into sub-second cross-platform intelligence.
Outcome
The problem
High-volume digital publishing networks and regional broadcasting outlets distribute hundreds of news stories daily across a sprawling network of digital channels, including X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp Channels, and web portals. Previously, editorial desks and marketing leads relied on fragmented, platform-specific portals (such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics), expending dozens of manual hours each week downloading CSVs and assembling spreadsheets. Without a centralized data layer, newsroom leadership lacked real-time visibility into cross-platform story performance, struggled to compare bilingual audience reach across English and Urdu media, and could not reliably identify breaking content primed for immediate cross-network amplification.
Approach
We engineered an end-to-end media analytics platform combining a reactive React 18 Single Page Application with an enterprise Node.js/Express backend and an optimized Microsoft SQL Server database layer.
To eliminate query bottlenecks across multi-million engagement datasets, analytical computations were offloaded directly to custom MSSQL stored procedures with dedicated Node.js connection pooling. The platform introduces a unified overview console alongside granular channel deep-dives, normalizing disparate platform metrics into standardized reach, reaction, impression, and engagement rates. We developed a flexible temporal filtering engine that enables instant parameter slicing across 24-hour breaking news cycles, 30-day performance, 6-month trends, 1-year overviews, and custom ISO date ranges. Additionally, the interface incorporates dynamic state-driven localization to support full bilingual workflows (English and Urdu) for regional editorial desks.
Outcome
Editorial and marketing teams eliminated manual spreadsheet consolidation, collapsing a recurring multi-hour reporting chore into a live view they can open on demand. The unified eight-channel dashboard gives newsroom directors instant visibility into audience engagement dynamics, enabling immediate editorial pivots, content amplification, and clear cross-network performance benchmarking.
What the client said
“A real client quote goes here, kept short. Two sentences beats a paragraph, and a specific complaint that you fixed beats generic praise. This block is not rendered at all once placeholders are switched off and no testimonial has been added.”
