What we do
Bolter Technologies is a software and technology company built around a simple idea: technology should make life easier for everyone. We work across software development, AI automation, and data analytics, helping businesses turn ideas, inefficient processes, and complex data into practical systems that actually work.
AI automation
Lead practiceWe find the process that is quietly costing you hours a week, and we automate it end to end - not a chatbot bolted onto the side of it.
- Process mapping before any code is written
- Document and data extraction pipelines
- LLM-backed decision support with human review built in
- Integration into the tools your team already uses
Software development
SupportingThe engineering underneath. Web platforms, internal tools, and the APIs that hold an automation together once it leaves the prototype stage.
- Web platforms and internal tools
- API design and third-party integration
- Migration off spreadsheets and manual workflows
- Deployment, monitoring, and the handover documentation
Data analytics
SupportingWhat makes the other two defensible. Getting the numbers trustworthy first, then modelling them, then putting them where a decision actually gets made.
- Data pipelines and warehouse modelling
- Forecasting and classification models
- Dashboards people actually open
- Measurement design, so the automation can prove it worked
How we work
- 01
Discovery
We map the process before writing code. Usually a couple of calls and a look at how the work actually happens today, including the parts people have stopped noticing.
- 02
Written scope
A fixed scope and price per phase, in writing, with the assumptions named. If something is uncertain we say so rather than padding the estimate quietly.
- 03
Build in the open
You see working software early and often, not a status report. A fixed daily overlap window means questions get answered the same day rather than the next one.
- 04
Handover and after
PLACEHOLDER - state the real support commitment. Documentation, access, and whatever period of included support you decide on. This is the step that makes the tagline true, so it needs a real number in it.
Questions we get asked
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, on final payment, in full. That includes the source, the infrastructure definitions, and the documentation. We keep no licence over your systems and we do not reuse client code in other engagements.
What timezone overlap do we actually get?
We are in Islamabad (UTC+5). That is a full working morning overlapping Europe and an afternoon overlapping the US East Coast. We commit to a fixed daily overlap window in writing before a project starts rather than leaving it to chance.
What happens after launch?
PLACEHOLDER - state the real support terms here. Something like: thirty days of included support after handover, then an optional monthly retainer. Whatever you commit to, this is the answer that most separates you from a cheaper bid, so make it concrete.
How do you scope and price a project?
PLACEHOLDER - describe the real process. Typically: a discovery conversation, a written scope with a fixed price per phase, and a named change process so neither side is surprised. Avoid publishing hourly rates here.
Do you use AI to write our code, and will you tell us?
PLACEHOLDER - this needs a real house policy before launch. You sell AI automation, so you will be asked, and a vague answer costs you credibility. State plainly what you use AI for, what a human reviews, and what you will disclose.
Will you sign an NDA or work under our contract?
Yes to both. We sign client NDAs before discovery, and we are comfortable working under your master services agreement rather than insisting on our own paperwork.
