Terms of Service
The terms covering use of this website, and how they relate to client contracts.
Draft for review — one decision outstanding. The governing law and jurisdiction clause below is marked
TBDbecause it is a real business decision, not a formality: Pakistani law follows your SECP registration and is the cheapest to enforce from Islamabad, while naming a jurisdiction more familiar to international clients removes a friction point in enterprise procurement. This should be settled alongside the shareholders' agreement. Delete this notice once it is.
These terms govern your use of boltertech.com. They are not the contract under which we deliver work — that is always a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Who we are
Bolter Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with its registered office at 303, 3rd Floor, Mehran Business Square, Plaza 3-H, Kunwar Block, Topcity-1, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Using this site
You may read, print and share the contents of this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or represent our work as your own.
Our content
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Bolter Technologies, except where they belong to a client. Case studies are published with the relevant client's permission; where a client is not named it is because they asked not to be, and you should not attempt to identify them.
Third-party names and trademarks appear for identification only and do not imply endorsement.
Client work and intellectual property
For avoidance of doubt, and consistent with what we say publicly: on final payment, our clients own the work we produce for them outright — source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation. We retain no licence over client systems and do not reuse client code in other engagements. The specific terms for any engagement are set out in that engagement's signed agreement.
Enquiries are not offers
Information on this site, including descriptions of services, is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Nothing you read here creates a contract between us; only a signed agreement does that.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability arising from client work is governed by the relevant signed agreement, not by this page.
Links out
We link to third-party sites, including live demonstrations hosted on our own subdomains and profiles on directories such as Clutch and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
TBD — decision required before launch. These terms, and any dispute
arising from them, are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the
courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
